Eligibility for Refund:

The request should be placed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The service should not be fully availed or consumed beyond the consultation phase.

Refunds are invalid if the main design concept has been approved or if revisions have been requested.

Non-Refund Cases:

Discounted packages, urgent projects, or violations of company policies.

Unresponsive clients for more than two weeks.

Requests made due to reasons unrelated to the company.

Non-Refundable Services:

Customised design services post-commencement

Already provided consultancy

How to Request a Refund?

Contact Us: Please send an email for the refund request to our support@logodesignorbit.com. Please provide your order number and reason.

Review Process: We review and respond in 7 business days.

Refund Policy: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes:

All refunds are subject to a processing fee.
