Otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights of the material on this Site are owned by Logo Design Orbit and/or its licensors. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view this from Logo Design Orbit for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

3. User Content
In these terms and conditions, "User Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on this Site. By displaying User Content, you concede a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.
Your User Content must belong solely to you and must not violate any third party's rights. Without prior notice, at any time, Logo Design Orbit reserves the right to remove any of your User Content from this Site.
4. Order Process
You must give us accurate and complete information to form a contract on the purchase of our Services. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail once an order has been placed. All orders are subject to acceptance as well as availability.
5. Payment
All our Services fees are due and payable at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed to. You hereby authorize providing accurate billing information and authorize the charging of applicable fees to such payment method provided. Kindly allow me to know if there's any other adjustment needed.
6. Revisions and Refunds
We include 3 revisions with each and every logo design project. Additional revisions are permitted, but will be billed separately. Refunds will only be offered at our discretion and must be requested within 5days from the date of order. The customized work and final approved designs are not refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Logo Design Orbit or any of its officers, directors, and employees be responsible to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site, whether such liability is under a contract, tort, or otherwise, and Logo Design Orbit, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site.
8. Indemnification
You fully indemnify Logo Design Orbit from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Logo Design Orbit may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notice. However, you are not entitled to assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
